Lisa Richey is a Professor of Globalization at both Copenhagen Business School and the Centre for Business and Development Studies, and a Visiting Professor at Duke University. Additionally, Richey holds the position of Professor of International Development Studies and serves as the Director of the Doctoral School in the Department of Social Sciences and Business at Roskilde University. Richey's academic contributions include several notable publications such as "Brand Aid: Shopping Well to Save the World," co-authored with Stefano Ponte, and "Celebrity Humanitarianism and North-South Relations." Richey has also held various research and teaching positions at institutions such as Harvard University, the University of Cape Town, and the Danish Institute for International Studies. Richey obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following a post-doctoral research stint at Harvard University.
