Per Krogager

Per Krogager is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various organizations. Since August 2020, Krogager has served as the Co-founder, Partner, and CEO of Krogager & Schmidt ApS, while also founding Krogager Consulting in January 2018, providing consultancy services. Additionally, Krogager holds an Ekstern Lektor position at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Labour Economics. Prior to these roles, Krogager was the CEO and Country Manager of Eltel Networks in 2017 and held prominent human resource positions at Masco Corporation, Tvilum, Radiometer, and LEGO Group. Krogager's educational background includes a Mag.art. in Psychology from Aarhus University and an MS in Organizational Behavior from Aarhus Business School, along with further studies at INSEAD and the University of Michigan.
