Tom Grad

Tom Grad is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School since October 2019. Prior to this role, Tom served as a PhD Student and Lecturer at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from September 2014 to September 2019, focusing on the wisdom of crowds in new product development and teaching various subjects including Design Thinking and Innovation Management. Earlier experiences include positions as a Student Consultant at Hanseatic Consulting and an intern in Strategy and Development at Otto Group. Tom holds a PhD in Strategy and Innovation from WU, as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Münster, among other educational achievements.
