Anne Karina Asbjørn has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a Junior Accountant at Dask Revision. In 2012, they took on a Consulting - Business Development role at Groundswell Creative, as well as a Junior Analyst role at Nordea. In 2014, they were a Summer Analyst at Nomura International plc, and in 2015 they moved to Nomura as a European Rates Strategy Associate and then a European Rates Strategy Analyst. In 2018, they worked at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners as an Asset Management Financial Analysis and Fundraising/Investor Relations. In 2020, they became a Member of Nova Talent and in 2021 they joined Copenhagen Cartel as Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder and Co-Founder & COO. Additionally, in 2021 they became an Advisory Board Member at Iværksætterdanmark.

Anne Karina Asbjørn began their educational journey in 2005 when they graduated from Ordrup Gymnasium with a degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemestry. Anne Karina then enrolled in the University of Copenhagen in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on Econometrics and Quantitative Economics in 2011. That same year, they also attended the University of Technology Sydney for a Post Graduate degree in Accounting and Finance. Finally, in 2014, they completed their Master in Economics (Cand. Polit Finance) from the University of Copenhagen, with a focus on Economics and Quantitative Finance.
