Tuomas Haanperä

Tuomas Haanperä helps public and private sector clients in competition cases, regulatory and policy design, impact assessments and mergers and acquisitions. Tuomas has particular expertise in the healthcare sector as well as the tech, media and regulated industries.

Tuomas Haanperä is an experienced economist with around 15 years of international experience gained across a wide range of industries and countries. Before joining Copenhagen Economics, Tuomas spent 11 years in the UK having first worked on telecoms regulation in Finland. Most recently, Tuomas worked as an Economics Director for the National Health Service in London where he was responsible for various strands of economic analysis across the health sector. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Consultant for Oxera.
