Seung-taek (Steve) Shim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the clean energy and strategic partnership sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Seung-taek focuses on developing partnerships with leading Korean companies in clean energy infrastructure and generating investment opportunities in renewable energy, energy storage systems, and clean hydrogen. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Chairperson at ReNA, as well as Non-Executive Director at Kyungdong City Gas. At Siemens Energy, Seung-taek held the position of Country Managing Director for Korea and contributed to the Asia Pacific Executive Committee. Throughout a noteworthy career, which includes executive leadership positions at SK Group and a decade-long tenure at Bain & Company, Seung-taek has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, decarbonization efforts, and high-impact sales transformations. Seung-taek's professional journey is complemented by an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree from Seoul National University.
