Cindy Smalley

Today, Cindy directs Cope’s marketing efforts using her knowledge of the organization at almost every level. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 awesome years working at our Oklahoma City branch, where she learned all facets of the business including sales and management. Having grown up with her father and grandfather leading the company, Cindy cares deeply for all of Cope’s employees, customers, and partners. Cindy relaxes by spending time with family and playing cards. She also enjoys taking long trips with her husband aboard their Harley Trike.
