Juan Manuel B. is the Executive Chairman of Muncher, the leading Latin American platform for flexible food solutions. Juan Manuel is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Cities in Motion Initiative, which aims to promote sustainable and smarter cities through strategic planning and innovative tools. Additionally, they were the Founding Partner and Executive Director of DIG EAT ALL, combining gastronomy and digital technology. Juan Manuel served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Mobile World Capital Barcelona, contributing to the social and economic benefits of mobile transformation. Juan Manuel B. began their education at Colegio San Miguel, where they completed their primary, secondary, and high school education from 1977 to 1992. Juan Manuel then attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence at Duke University. In 2004, Juan Manuel B. attended Esade for Executive Business Education, completing a Corporate PMD program. Finally, in 2009-2010, they enrolled in the PDG program at IESE Business School for further Executive Business Education.
