Hugo Flório Sgobbi

Hugo Flório Sgobbi has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, currently serving as Coordenador de Engenharia e Manutenção and Coordenador Qualidade e Estoque at Copersucar S.A. since March 2017, overseeing strategic management and budgeting for quality control, operations, and inventory across three facilities. Sgobbi's previous roles include Senior Quality Analyst, where responsibilities included managing contracts related to sugar and grain quality sampling and analysis, as well as internal auditing of ISO standards. Sgobbi also worked as an Engineer at Keppel FELS Ltd, managing the fabrication of components for oil and gas projects and supervising welding teams. Early career experiences include a trainee engineering position focused on the manufacturing processes for offshore drilling rigs. Sgobbi holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
