Ryan VanGundy

Ryan VanGundy has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2008. Ryan began their career as a Project Engineer at Bloomy Controls in 2008. In 2010, they became an Independent Consultant and Contractor, collaborating with larger engineering consultancies. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BounceX, where they were the primary DevOps engineer and migrated one of the fastest growing marketing technology firms to cloud infrastructure, and built and implemented tooling to help an engineering team grow from eight to over forty developers. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Skillshare. Currently, they are a Site Reliability Engineer at Copia Automation.

Ryan VanGundy attended North Carolina State University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
