Courtney Manhart

Courtney Manhart is a highly skilled professional with experience in development analysis and organizational support. Currently serving as a Development Analyst at Copia Power since August 2023, Courtney previously held the role of Collegiate Development Consultant at Delta Gamma, where responsibilities included coaching executive officers, conducting presentations, and executing SWOT analyses for various organizations. During a tenure as Chapter President of Delta Gamma, Courtney directed chapter operations for over 220 members, supervised multiple vice presidents and directors, and facilitated crisis communication. Additional experience includes working as a College of Science and Mathematics Ambassador at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completing a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from UCLA. With a strong background in leadership, academic development, and risk management, Courtney has demonstrated a commitment to fostering organizational success and member support.
