Korina Cassidy

Korina Cassidy is a seasoned professional in land development and strategic management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Land Development at Copia Power since September 2025, Cassidy previously held significant roles at The AES Corporation, where achievements included creating a development strategy that resulted in a 62 GW pipeline of solar and storage filings. At AES Clean Energy, Cassidy established a Land Bank, growing the team to enhance prospecting targets. Prior experience includes leadership positions at sPower, where responsibilities encompassed managing permitting teams and overseeing complex project entitlements nationwide. Cassidy began the career at Silverado Power, focusing on permitting utility-scale solar projects and supporting development strategies. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Cassidy holds a B.A. in Environmental Economics & Policy.
