Paola Fernández

Paola Fernández has been working in the software industry since 2014. Paola started their career at OSAS as a Software QA Analyst and Developer, where they were responsible for system analysis, requirements analysis, and preparing test scripts for the Traverse system. In 2016, they moved to Excel SoftSources as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for system analysis, quality control of the final product, and system tests. In 2017, they returned to OSAS as a Software QA Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead, where they were responsible for system analysis, requirements analysis, preparing test scripts, leading the team in different projects, organizing the workflow, and answering doubts and questions from team members. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CoPilot as a QA Engineer.

Paola Fernández received their Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería de Software from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 2010 and 2014. Paola then went on to receive their Master's degree in Tecnología de la información from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 2018 and 2020.
