Sai Minathi

Sai Minathi has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2017. Sai began their career as a QA Engineer at Thrive Market, where they were responsible for cross-functional testing and ensuring platform consistency for new features. Sai also trained and mentored junior QA members on mobile testing best practices and automation fundamentals, and drove end-to-end testing for the entire user lifecycle in the mobile app. In 2017, Sai Minathi also began working at Beachbody as a QA Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for creating Test plans, test cases, and test scripts in TestRail, as well as maintaining test scripts and test cases for automation with Robot framework. Most recently, Sai Minathi began working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at CoPilot in 2021.

Sai Minathi earned a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield between 2014 and 2015. Sai also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including PSM I and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in June 2019, as well as Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, and IT Project Manager from the University of Illinois Springfield in December 2015.
