Stephanie Krukar

Stephanie Krukar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Stephanie has served as the Human Resources Director at Copley Hospital since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Turtle Fur from September 2019 to January 2023. Stephanie also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Trapp Family Lodge from December 2017 to August 2019. Stephanie gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Union Mutual of Vermont from March 2016 to December 2017 and at Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice from January 2015 to March 2016. Stephanie started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Trapp Family Lodge from April 2013 to January 2015 and as an Owner Services Coordinator from February 2012 to April 2013. Additionally, they served as a Payroll/ Scheduling Manager at Genesis HealthCare from June 2009 to February 2012 and as an Intern at Manpower in January 2008.

Stephanie Krukar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Champlain College, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from the institution known as SHRM in June 2017.
