Greg Zeman has held a variety of roles in the technology and consulting industry since 1998. Greg began their career as a Senior Director of Enterprise Data Marketing at AT&T Wireless, where they managed multiple market segments with P&L responsibility for legacy wireless data products, driving $107M in revenues and delivering 16% increase in customer satisfaction from over 1,800 accounts delivered across numerous enterprise segments. Greg also served as a Senior Director of Program & Portfolio Management, delivering a business plan and $205M budget ($75M capex, $130M opex). Additionally, they were the Director of eCommerce Strategy & Business Development, leading AT&T Wireless' web channel including B2B marketplace products & offers, online Partner Alliance Program, and CRM web strategy & implementation.

In 2003, Greg Zeman founded Virtus Solutions Group, LLP, a consulting company with expertise in strategy, governance, product/portfolio management, operations and program/project management. Greg also led strategy and business plan development for e3 Virtual Reality, a start-up technology company targeting delivery of transformative and embodied experiences via virtual reality solutions to over 1.5 million residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and home care settings.

In 2010, Greg Zeman joined hiSoft Technology International Limited as Vice President of Business Development. Greg had sales of over $27.5M and led North American business development and strategic account management activities at Microsoft, Boeing and Cisco. Greg also joined Slalom Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Global Program Manager, impacting over $90M in annual marketing spend and leading sale & delivery of an initiative to drive standardization and adoption of Microsoft Consumer & Online (WW C&O) campaign measurement and performance reporting throughout North America, Europe, and South America.

In 2012, Greg Zeman joined Strong-Bridge LLC as a Management Consultant and Senior Product & Program Manager. Greg negotiated and oversaw a $35M Managed Services Agreement (MSA) to deliver governance and product/portfolio management leadership for the Digital team of a major wireless carrier. Greg also led the buildout of the B2B Indirect Channel for a major wireless carrier.

In 2017, Greg Zeman returned to Virtus Solutions Group, LLP as Founder and Consulting Principle. In 2018, they joined Coppei Partners as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager, providing account and program oversight for COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment in the PNW for a national health care & insurance provider. Greg was responsible for cross functional coordination of technical, operational & clinical deployment of vaccines for 2.2M+ recipients.

Greg Zeman holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Marketing and Management Policy. Greg also holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have obtained a Change Management certification from Prosci.
