Janice Lai

Janice Lai has over 25 years of work experience in the IT and business operations fields. Janice began their career in 1996 as an IT Planning Officer at Cheng Hua Engineering, where they played a key role in two major business transformation efforts. From 1999 to 2004, Janice worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on ERP, CRM, and Learning Management Systems. Janice then moved to Slalom Consulting as a Senior Consultant, serving clients such as Microsoft and Starbucks. In 2007, Janice became a Project Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and then moved to Colliers International in 2009 as a Senior Business Application Manager. In 2012, they began working at Microsoft as a Sr. Director of Partner and Business Operations, and then as a Director of Technical & Business Operations. Most recently, Janice joined Coppei as a Consultant in 2022.

Janice Lai obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from UUM in 1996, majoring in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Janice went on to obtain a Masters in Business from Oregon State University in 1998. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Jeff Weiner on Managing Compassionately from LinkedIn.
