Marco Policani

Marco Policani has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Marco began their career in 2006 as a Senior Program Manager for Microsoft's Managed Services Group Program Manager | Partner Channel Programs. In this role, they developed a B2B2B deployment framework, associated technical content, and drove managed service team operations. Marco also managed a portfolio of B2B enterprise customer engagement and pre-release partner product programs for System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008 Server.

In 2015, Marco moved to Avalara as a Principal Consultant, Group Portfolio Manager. In this role, they coordinated efforts with vendor supplier partners to extend the service capabilities of the CIOs IT Project Management Office (PMO).

In 2018, Marco joined Microsoft as a Senior Consultant, Fin Ops Mergers and Acquisitions SSPA Supplier GDPR Audit. In this role, they implemented a Kanban workflow to onboard and validate suppliers through the Microsoft Supplier Security and Privacy Assurance (SSPA) Program.

Also in 2018, Marco founded Policani Consulting Services and served as a Senior Consultant (Program / Project Management Services). During this time, they developed relationships with business and technical decision makers, negotiated statements of work (SOW), and engaged with cross-departmental stakeholders to deliver solution and strategy planning, program execution, operations, and change management services.

Finally, in 2021, Marco joined Coppei as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they provided strategic business and technology consulting services including delivery leadership, business process analysis, change management, technical delivery and IT portfolio oversight for clients like T-Mobile and Microsoft. Marco also managed T-Mobile's Corporate Finance and Revenue Technology domain portfolio of development, configuration, and test projects.

Marco Policani obtained an Associate of Arts - AA from Highline College in 1993.
