Rico Jay Danugrao

Rico Jay Danugrao began their professional career in 2003 as an IT Instructor at AMA Computer University. In 2005, they moved to Ripple E-business International Incorporated as a Technical Engineer. Rico Jay then worked as an IT Consultant at Rezcoat Incorporated from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Business Consultant at Lawson Software. Rico Jay then moved to Officeally as a Senior Business Analyst from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Agiliant as a Project Manager. In 2020, they joined Microsoft as a Program Manager. In 2021, they moved to Coppei as a Senior Consultant (Data Privacy). In this role, they conducted Privacy and Risk Assessment Management, worked with Legal Teams, Data Governance Office, App Owners, and Solution Architects for PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment). Rico Jay also conducted Personal Information Mapping to Business Terms, managed Data Governance Office Privacy Features, and helped manage and improve DSR Onboarding Process.

Rico Jay Danugrao obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from Saint Louis University (PH) between 1999 and 2003. Rico Jay then went on to receive a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rizal Technological University between 2006 and 2008. After this, Rico Jay Danugrao completed a Project Management course at De La Salle University in 2008. In June 2022, Rico Jay Danugrao obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
