Luis Eduardo Junco, MBA, currently serves as the Strategy and Transformation RMO Head and previously held the position of Corporate Development RMO Manager at Coppel since May 2018. Responsibilities include aligning organizational efforts with strategic objectives, performance monitoring through KPIs, and driving improvements across project management, data analysis, and risk management.
