Dominique Scales

Dominique Scales is an accomplished basketball coach and former professional player with extensive experience in coaching and athlete development. Currently serving as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Coppell ISD since August 2021, Dominique previously held the position of Men's Head Basketball Coach at Shelton School & Evaluation Center from May 2015 to August 2021, focusing on skill development and fostering a strong work ethic among athletes. Dominique also coached at Triumph Basketball and Texas Crush Basketball while providing personal training. In addition to coaching, Dominique worked as an Asset Protection Strategist at ProFusion Financial, emphasizing comprehensive asset management. A former professional athlete, Dominique played for teams including Nassjo Basket and the NBA Development League. Dominique earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from East Central University.
