Coppell ISD is considered a premier public school system with a statewide reputation for educational excellence and a storied legacy of focusing on educating the whole student.  While the City of Coppell is just over 14 square miles, Coppell ISD encompasses more than 23 square miles. Within Coppell ISD boundaries, 63 percent of the district is comprised of the City of Coppell, 33 percent the City of Irving, 3 percent the City of Lewisville and 1 percent the City of Dallas (Cypress Waters).

Kelly Mires is the current Executive Director of Human Resources at Coppell ISD. Kelly has previously worked as the Coordinator of Human Resources and Staff Development at Canyon Independent School District, and the Director of Human Resources at Allen Independent School District. Prior to working in school administration, Kelly was a 1st grade teacher at Garland Independent School District.

Kelly has been responsible for creating the online hiring and paperless onboarding process, and they have conducted screening interviews for all teacher applicants. Kelly has also been responsible for planning AISD teacher job fairs, revising district professional and administrative job applications, and implementing district online applications. In addition, Kelly has presented a training session at the Texas Association for School Personnel Administrators regarding Ventures for Excellence.

Kelly Mires has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from [Texas Tech University](/org/texas-tech-university). Kelly also has a Superintendent's Certification from The University of Texas at Arlington. Lastly, they have a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from [Texas A&M University-Commerce](/org/texas-am-university-commerce).

Stephanie Flores is the current Executive Director of Intervention Services at Coppell Independent School District. Stephanie has been in education for over 15 years, starting as a teacher in 2003. In 2012, Stephanie became the Special Education Coordinator for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, where they served for 7 years. In 2019, Stephanie was promoted to their current position. Brad Hunt is currently the superintendent at Coppell ISD. Brad has held this position since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a 2nd grade teacher at Coppell ISD from August 2017 to August 2019. Before that, they were a 1st grade teacher at Conroe Independent School District from January 1994 to December 2001. 

Brad began their career in education as a kindergarten teacher at Conroe Independent School District. Brad then transitioned to 2nd grade and taught there for seven years before moving to Coppell ISD. In their current role as superintendent, Brad oversees the entire school district and is responsible for its day-to-day operations.

Brad Hunt received their Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Elementary Education and Teaching from [Stephen F. Austin State University](/org/stephen-f-austin-state-university).

Diana Sircar is the current Chief Financial Officer at Coppell Independent School District. Diana has over twenty years of experience in sales and operations management. 

Diana started their career in 1990 as a Material Services Manager at Baxter International Inc. There, they developed and managed a Just-In-Time distribution program for a major Dallas hospital. Diana was accountable for managing a $14 million dollar P&L, as well as the distribution facility, salaried and hourly employees, inventory, distribution services, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In 1996, they left Baxter to join [Cardinal Health](/org/cardinal-health) as their Director of Sales Operations. 

At [Cardinal Health](/org/cardinal-health), Diana was responsible for customer satisfaction through management of national and local pricing agreements and customer file integrity. Diana was also responsible for sales representative compensation, margin integrity and financial performance targets. Diana trained the sales force on new technology and managed regional business metrics reporting through data warehouse to drive margin improvement.

In 1999, Diana left [Cardinal Health](/org/cardinal-health) to join Coppell ISD as their Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the financial management of the district, including budgeting, accounting, and auditing. Diana has been credited with helping to improve the district's financial stability and transparency.

Diana Sircar holds a Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from [Rutgers University](/org/rutgers-university).
