Lyn Kelly Ed.d

Lyn Kelly, Ed.D has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Lyn began their career as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Avon in 2001 and held this position until 2005. Following this, they worked as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Applied Biosystems from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they served as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Toys R Us from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they held the role of Sr. Manager at Treasury Wine Estates. In 2013, they joined Amazon as a Sr HR Leader and remained in this position until 2015. Lyn then became the Director of Human Resources for North America (US and Mexico) at Danaher Telematics (Teletrac Navman), a position they held from 2015 to 2016. Finally, Lyn is currently employed as the Vice President of People Operations & Organizational Efficiency at Copper Cane Wines & Provisions, a role they have been in since February 2016.

Lyn Kelly, Ed.D, pursued their Doctorate of Education (EdD) degree from the University of Southern California from 2020 to 2022. Their field of study was focused on Organizational Change and Leadership.
