David James

David James has worked in the software engineering industry since 2005. David started their career at Everypath as an Application Support Analyst in 2005, then moved to GHX in 2006. At GHX, they held various roles, including Software Engineer, QA Engineer, and Senior Application Support Analyst. In 2021, they joined Copper Labs as a Software Developer. While at GHX, they worked in a role blending full-stack development, dev/ops, and business analyst capacities to produce high-quality, high-availability software serving a diverse, global customer base. David also authored and maintained automated testing framework and regression test suites for multiple legacy applications, performed manual and automated testing tasks to ensure high quality releases, and managed test environments and validated deployment processes. Additionally, they delivered on-site training and implementation support for new and existing customers, worked with development and product teams to identify key areas to improve application supportability and overall team efficiency, and trained new team members and created documentation for L1/L2 support operations.

David James attended DePauw University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
