Radhika Agarwal

Radhika Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Radhika started their career as a Senior Application Consultant at CSC India Pvt Ltd in 2010, where they were responsible for managing project implementation, interacting with clients for requirements analysis, and developing and testing applications. Radhika then joined Copper Mobile in 2014 as a Technical Manager, where they were involved in developing and maintaining product functionalities, client interaction, and project design and development. Radhika continued in this role until their employment at Magic EdTech in 2018, where they worked as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, responsible for ensuring adherence to Agile principles and facilitating collaboration between the scrum team and product owner. Radhika's experience showcases their expertise in project management, development, and client interaction.

Radhika Agarwal completed their high school education at St. James Sr Secondary School Hardoi from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Science, Maths, and Social Science. Radhika then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Radhika obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2017. Radhika also received the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021. Furthermore, they are planning to obtain the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
