Jared McGladdery has a diverse work experience in sales and business development roles in various technology and telecommunications companies. Jared started their career in 1999 as a Sales Manager in Anite Telecoms, where they focused on the Asia Pacific region. Jared then worked as a Sales Manager for wireless products in Spirent Communications, covering the EMEA region. In 2006, they joined Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions as a Sales Director for the Asia Pacific region, where they managed distribution networks and introduced technical support functions. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Business Development Manager at Underwriters Laboratories, responsible for selling test services globally, particularly in the mobile handset segment. In 2012, they became the UK Business Development Manager for Sub10 Systems Ltd. Later, they joined Huber+Suhner as the RF Sales Manager for the Northern Europe region, handling sales teams and focusing on the medical, communications, and aerospace and defense markets. Jared also worked at Microlease as a Salesperson for Keysight products and at Teledyne LeCroy in a sales role. Currently, Jared is employed at Copper Mountain Technologies in a sales position.
Jared McGladdery completed their education in a chronological order. Jared first attended the University of Plymouth from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained their Higher National Diploma (HND) in Communication Engineering. Jared then pursued further education at the same institution from 1989 to 1992 and received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree, again in Communication Engineering. Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, Jared attended Heriot-Watt University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing.
