Project Management

The Project Management team at Copper River Cyber Solutions coordinates and oversees the execution of cyber defense projects for Federal clients. Comprised of a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Program Manager, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to compliance and risk mitigation standards. They facilitate communication between stakeholders, manage resources, and drive project success to enhance the security and resilience of client IT infrastructures.
