Al Casper

Al Casper is the Chief Growth Officer at Copper River, where they lead strategic initiatives to drive business development. Previously, Al served as Vice President of Business Development at ASRC Federal and Vice President of Capture Operations at NCI Information Systems, Inc. With a background as a Warrant Officer in the US Army and extensive experience at ASRC Communications and CACI International, Al has developed a strong expertise in managing complex technical programs and pursuing business opportunities in the defense sector. Al holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix.
