David Skilton

David Skilton is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Copper State Credit Union since September 2018. Prior to this, David held the position of President and CEO at Altier Credit Union from January 2008 to February 2018. With a background in finance, David has also worked as the CFO at Central Willamette Community Credit Union and Houston Energy Credit Union. Before transitioning to the credit union industry, David worked as a Field Manager at the Texas Credit Union Department. David holds a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
