Sean Bulmann has a strong background in construction and pavement maintenance. Sean has held various management positions in different companies throughout their career. This includes serving as President at Copper State Pavement, Inc. since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at Regional Pavement Maintenance of Arizona Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Sean also served as the Asphalt Operations Manager at J. Banicki Construction, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Sean Bulmann's experience also extends to project management and estimating, where they worked at companies such as Markham Contracting Co., Inc., Rummel Construction, Inc., and Gallagher Asphalt. Sean began their professional career as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In addition to their industry experience, Bulmann also serves on the Board of Directors for the Peoria Chamber of Commerce (AZ) as a member.
Sean Bulmann attended DePaul University and studied business. Sean also studied business management at the University of Phoenix. Prior to university, they attended Marist High School.
