Jacob Copper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jacob began their career as a Campus Director at Bellhops where they provided leadership and professional development to over 180+ bellhops. Jacob then worked at the Spanish Consulate as a Study in Spain Ambassador, where they planned and executed campus-wide events and helped increase student interest in studying abroad. Jacob then joined Self-Storage 101 as an External Auditor, analyzing audit findings and providing recommendations for improving financial performance. Jacob later worked at the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina as a Research Analyst Intern, Business Development Coordinator, and Business Recruitment Manager, where they focused on attracting new businesses to the state. Currently, Jacob serves as a Client Relations Specialist at Copper Storage Management, managing all aspects of client facilities including vendor relationships, marketing, and revenue management. In addition, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Copper Storage Management.
Jacob Copper earned a Master's degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University from 2018 to 2020. Jacob also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Information Systems from the same university during the same period. Prior to this, Jacob earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degrees, Jacob obtained certifications such as a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from North Carolina State University in 2020 and a Gazelleai Certified Specialist certification from Gazelle.ai in 2022.
