Matt Vermillion

Matt Vermillion joined Copperbeck Energy Partners LLC as a Vice President upon its formation in August 2017.

Prior to Copperbeck, Matt served in various roles with Martin Midstream Partners L.P., Martin Resource Management Corporation, and affiliates for 8 years, most recently as Director of Corporate Development. In his corporate development role, Matt was instrumental in the execution of several acquisitions across Martin's diversified business segments. From 2011 to 2014, Matt was Director, Business Development for The Brimrock Group, Inc., a refinery services technology company. Matt also served as Assistant Controller and led the integration efforts of several midstream acquisitions. Prior to joining the Martin Companies, Matt was a Manager in the Audit Practice of KPMG LLP. He holds a B.S. in Business from Louisiana Tech University and an M.B.A. from Mississippi State University. Matt is a Chartered Accountant (Alberta) and Certified Public Accountant licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia.
