Penny Kennedy

Penny Kennedy (Moss) is an experienced professional in customer experience and asset management, currently serving as the CX Regional Lead for the UK at Copperleaf Technologies since June 2020. Prior roles include Head of Systems & Asset Insights at Southern Water, where Penny established a dedicated team for asset deterioration modeling and investment planning, and various managerial positions at Veolia UK, including Southern Region Asset Manager. Penny's career began with project management and technical roles at Veolia Water and internships at Mott MacDonald and Lyonnaise des Eaux. Penny holds an MSc in Remote Sensing and GIS and a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton.
