Saad Rizvi

Saad Rizvi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company in 2014, they gained expertise in system implementation and testing. Saad then transitioned to Discover Financial Services in 2020 as a Product Owner, where they managed sprint backlogs and made decisions on functionality. Subsequently, they joined Frontline Insurance in 2017, taking on roles as a Business Analyst and PMO - Product Owner for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Digital Portals. In their current role as Director at CopperPoint Insurance Companies, they collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the BillingCenter platform based on user feedback and business needs.

Saad Rizvi completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University in 2013. Saad later obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, and an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) in May 2021.
