Ruben Vicencio

Ruben Vicencio has a robust background in greenhouse management and growing operations, currently serving as the GH Manager at Copperstate Farms since April 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Head Grower at Green Empire Farms and MightyVine, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all growing operations. Ruben began their career as a Grower at Backyard Farms, managing 18 acres, and served in various capacities at Eurofresh Farms from 2003 to 2013, including Assistant Site Manager/Grower and Production Manager, focusing on climate control, irrigation systems, and labor management across significant agricultural areas. Ruben Vicencio holds a GED from Cochise College.
