Dustin Fox, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dustin began their career as an Engineering CO-OP at Chaparral Steel in 1993 and later joined Belden as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1996, where they gained extensive knowledge of wire and cable manufacturing processes. Dustin then transitioned to Copperweld in 1999, initially working as a Process Engineer and subsequently taking on roles such as Quality Manager, Technical Manager, and Global Technical Director. Dustin most recently served as Vice President of Engineering, responsible for overseeing engineering operations. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated proficiency in process improvement, quality control, and customer care.

Dustin Fox, EMBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Dustin later pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, Executive, from the University of North Alabama, from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dustin holds several certifications. Dustin obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University in November 2014. In March 2007, they earned the Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence certification from ASQ. Prior to that, in March 2006, they obtained the Certified Quality Technician certification, also from ASQ.
