Deana B.

Deana B. has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Deana is currently the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Coppley Ltd since March 2021. Before that, they worked at L3 Technologies for over 12 years, starting as a Financial Analyst in 1988 and later becoming a Controller. Deana was responsible for financial planning, reporting, general accounting, cash management, and payroll functions. Deana also worked as a Financial Controller at Arclin Canada, where they supervised a team of 10 people and managed financial reporting, treasury, cash management, and credit agreement. Deana B. was also a Controller at North Sails, where they implemented accounting policies and procedures. Overall, Deana B. has a solid background in finance and has demonstrated strong leadership and managerial skills throughout their career.

Deana B. attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained an Honours BBA degree in Business Administration and Management. Deana also pursued further education, earning a CHRL certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Human Resources Professionals of Ontario and a CPA, CMA certification in Accounting from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
