Roy Nicholls

Roy Nicholls has had an extensive career in operations and manufacturing, with a focus on the apparel industry. Roy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing at Coppley Ltd, Vice President of Manufacturing and Senior Director at Hickey Freeman Tailored Clothing, and Chief Operating Officer at RNR Patient Transfer. Roy also owns their own consulting company, R.D. Nicholls and Associates, where they provide expertise in areas such as succession planning, team building, and process improvements. In addition, they have served as an Ambassador for the Apparel Human Resource Council, working with Canadian apparel companies to evaluate training tools and mentoring programs. Overall, Roy brings over 25 years of experience and a broad knowledge of operations and manufacturing to help organizations position themselves for future growth.
