Sophie Gerlach

Sophie Gerlach is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at Copthall School since September 2017. Prior to this role, Sophie was a Trainee Teacher with Teach First from August 2017 to July 2019. Sophie's professional background also includes positions in marketing and public relations, such as Content Manager at GEM Media and PR Manager at GM Events, both held from August 2015 to July 2016. Additional experience includes a Marketing Assistant role at Aeromark Ltd and SNO Limited. Sophie completed a Teach First PGDE at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and holds degrees in Global History and Classical Literature from Birkbeck and the University of Birmingham, respectively, alongside a TEFL qualification from TEFL International Barcelona.
