Anna Marszalek

Anna Marszalek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto's Department of Fine Art from September 2009 to December 2011. Anna then worked as a Copywriter at Virtual Team Builders from January 2012 to June 2012, where they were responsible for specific writing and research projects. Anna later became a Section Editor at Arbitrage Magazine from March 2011 to December 2012.

Anna's editorial skills were further honed during their time as an Editorial Intern at St. Joseph Media from January 2013 to April 2013. Here, they contributed to the development of Where Magazine's print issues, updated the magazine's website, managed social media pages, and attended art openings to collect information for upcoming articles. Anna also worked as an Editor for the novel "Crazy Pants" from November 2013 to April 2014.

Anna then transitioned into the role of Administrative Assistant/Supervisor at iGita Hot Yoga Studio from June 2015 to August 2017. In this position, they provided administrative support and supervision. Following this, they became an SEO Blog Manager at Steroidly from August 2017 to August 2018.

In 2018, Anna took on several freelance roles. Anna worked as a Writer for Content Marketing at CopyPress and as a Freelance Writer at RoughRider Digital Marketing.

Additionally, Anna has experience in social media management and personal assistance as a Social Media Coordinator/Personal Assistant for Paul Bellavia at PB Capital. During this role in August and September 2018, they managed the Instagram account, captured and uploaded photos, wrote creative slogans, implemented hashtags, and utilized social media tools and strategies to grow the presence on the platform. Anna also performed additional duties such as driving, navigation, hotel booking, meal prep, and grocery shopping to ensure the project ran smoothly.

Anna Marszalek attended the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Art History. Anna then attended Oregon State University for an unspecified period, where they pursued professional, technical, business, and scientific writing. In 2015, Anna Marszalek participated in a Writing and Revising Workshop at Quick Brown Fox. Additionally, they completed a diploma in Personal Nutrition at Shaw Academy in the same year.
