Jessica Curcio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica started their career at Chewy in 2015, where they served as a Rescue and Charity Coordinator, managing a network of 3,500 nonprofit organizations. Jessica strengthened relationships with rescue and animal advocate groups and executed monthly events to raise awareness and funds. Jessica then took on the role of Veterinary Diet Department Lead, where they led a team of up to eighty agents and resolved concerns of escalated customers and clinics.

In 2021, Jessica joined Flex Seal Family of Products and held several roles. As a Digital Community Coordinator, they managed customer care for the company's online marketplaces and analyzed customer feedback to drive improvements. Jessica then transitioned to the role of an Ecommerce Specialist, maintaining brand health and performance metrics on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Jessica also served as a Paid Ads Specialist, creating, configuring, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms.

Most recently, Jessica joined Copysmith in 2023 as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Jessica Curcio's education history includes a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Florida, obtained from 2016 to 2017.
