Kelly has over five years of customer service experience, with a focus on customer retention and data analysis. In their current role, they lead a team to provide the best quality care to customers for a SaaS company in the Mental and Behavioral Health Industry. Kelly has also built, documented and executed operational strategies to increase efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
