Alex Ayala

Alex Ayala, CPA has a diverse work experience. Alex currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at CORA Physical Therapy since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at EY from 2016 to 2023. During their time at EY, their roles included Manager of Strategy and Transactions, Senior of Strategy and Transactions, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Staff. Before joining EY, Alex worked as an Assistant Manager at El Indio Mexican Restaurant from 2011 to 2016, where they managed various responsibilities such as staff guidance, work scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. Additionally, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Trulaske College of Business | University of Missouri from 2015 to 2016, where they taught Microsoft Excel classes. Alex also gained international experience as an Assurance Intern at EY in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2015. Alex started their career as a Launch Intern at EY in 2014, working on audit, tax, and advisory projects.

Alex Ayala, CPA obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university in 2015. Alex completed their secondary education at Ladue Horton Watkins High School from 2007 to 2011.
