Brigid Rowan

Brigid Rowan started their work experience in 2001 as an IT Officer at IDF, where they developed marketing material for the web and direct mail using Adobe suite and worked on implementing an online content management database system. Brigid then worked as a European Media Specialist at Cognos from 2006 to 2008, where they executed digital marketing campaigns for the UK team. Brigid joined IBM in 2008 and held positions as a Web Demand Professional and a Marketing & Communications Operations Specialist - Benelux. In these roles, they managed digital marketing activities, collaborated with local marketing managers, and ensured budget adherence. Brigid took a break in their career from 2014 to 2017 to be a full-time parent and a part-time PR volunteer at Home Office. Brigid resumed their professional journey in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer at Cora Systems.

Brigid Rowan attended Technological University Dublin from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Additionally, Brigid holds a certification in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified Tester Foundation level, which they obtained in December 2018. It is not specified when or if they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Technological University Dublin.
