Ana Inglez [Ela/Ella/She]

Ana Inglez possesses extensive experience in customer experience and success roles, currently serving as Partner and Team Lead at Cora since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading a Level 2 support team, engaging in systemic discussions, and managing project activities and team development. Prior to this, Ana held various positions at Cora, focusing on N1 and N2 case handling and team structure development. Additionally, experience at Simplus and PenseLab involved high-touch client management, creating engagement reports, and conducting training sessions.
