Jéssica Borsari has a diverse range of work experience in the field of employer branding and internal communications. Jéssica started their career in 2013 as an intern at Votorantim, where they gained experience in engineering production. Following that, they worked as a trainee at PROJEP Jr., organizing projects and managing optimization in companies. In 2015, they served as a marketing assistant at Six Agência Digital.

In 2017, Jéssica became an Agente de Comunicação at the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, where they executed and promoted technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation projects throughout the state. Afterwards, they worked as a marketing and communication analyst at Trackage, taking on various tasks such as content creation for social media, videos, presentations, and organizing events.

In 2018, Jéssica joined Sankhya as an employer branding analyst, responsible for social media management and employer branding strategies to attract technology talents. Jéssica also contributed to internal engagement initiatives and collaborated with over 30 Sankhya units.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an employer branding analyst at Loggi, overseeing employer branding projects, content production, and reputation management on platforms like Glassdoor and Medium.

In 2021, Jéssica joined Zé Delivery as an employer branding coordinator, eventually taking on the role of communication manager, leading teams and managing various aspects of employer branding, internal communication, and institutional communication.

Most recently, they joined Cora, where they held roles as an employer branding and internal communications lead, focused on developing narratives, processes, and relationships with different areas and leadership. Jéssica also focused on online and offline employer branding strategies, including social media channels and events targeting diversity and technology.

Throughout their career, Jéssica has demonstrated expertise in employer branding, internal communications, content creation, and social media management.

- From 2021 to 2023, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and obtained a Pós Graduação em Comunicação e Design Digital with a focus on Marketing.

- From 2014 to 2018, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Universidade de Uberaba.

- From 2010 to 2013, they studied at UFTM, focusing on Engenharia de Produção (Production Engineering).
