Thiago Vinhatti

Thiago Vinhatti currently serves as Sócio and Head de Risco de Crédito, Mercado e Liquidez at Cora since March 2025. Prior to this role, Vinhatti was with XP Inc. from November 2016 to February 2025, where achievements included the creation of the Margin Allocation Optimization Framework for B3, enhancements in Treasury’s ROE through RWA optimization products, and serving as a delegate on risk and capital management committees. Vinhatti's experience also includes positions at Banco Santander as a Market Risk Analyst, Citibank as a Risk and Investment Analyst, UBS as an Intern in Risk Control, and Itau BBA as an Intern in Treasury. Vinhatti holds an MBA in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
