Victor Félix

Victor Félix has a diverse work experience in marketing and business development roles. Victor started their career as a Director of Commercial and Vice-president at ICMC Jr from 2017 to 2019. Victor then joined USP Júnior as a Director of Development and Director of Entrepreneurial Formation from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as the Director of Development for FEJESP. In 2020, they joined mindsight as a Marketing Analyst and gained experience as a Business Intelligence Intern and Customer Success Intern. Later, in 2020, they joined QuintoAndar as a Growth and Performance Marketing Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead of Performance Marketing at Cora. In January 2023, they will transition to the role of Team Lead of Growth & Media.

Victor Félix has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Business from MBA USP/Esalq, which they obtained between 2022 and 2023. Victor also holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed between 2016 and 2020. In addition, Victor has obtained certifications in advanced Google Analytics and Inbound Marketing from Google and Rock Content, respectively, in 2020.
