David Townley is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in contact centre solutions and infrastructure architecture. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Delivery at Coral Active since September 2011, David specializes in technical consulting, architecture design, and deployment across markets in Australia, the USA, the Philippines, and India. Prior to Coral Active, David held the position of Infrastructure Architect at ANZ, focusing on institutional banking platforms, and worked at Telstra as a Senior Technical Specialist, leading teams in CTI/IVR technologies and supporting various contact centre technologies. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 1997 and 1999, and has an educational foundation from Anglican Church Grammar School.
