Manfred Bassin

Manfred Bassin has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Manfred started their career as an Agent d'exploitation at GEFCO from October 2007 to July 2009. Manfred then worked as an Assistant Directeur commercial at Servair, where they handled negotiation, marketing, and client management tasks. This role was divided into two periods, with the first one being a contract of apprenticeship from September 2009 to September 2010, and the second one being a contract of professionalization from October 2010 to September 2012. Following this, Bassin worked as a Night Manager at Hôtel B&B from November 2012 to August 2013. Manfred then joined Jetex Flight Support as a Coordinateur d'assistance aéroportuaire from August 2013 to October 2013, where they managed customer service, operations, and marketing activities. After that, they worked as an Enquêteur at Approche client - mystery - sondages - focus group from November 2013 to February 2014, evaluating customer service and providing feedback. From November 2014 to March 2015, they worked as a Dispatch Agent / Commercial assistant at G-OPS. Currently, Bassin holds the position of Chief Purser at Coral Expeditions since August 2022, and prior to this, they served as the Hotel Manager at the same company from February 2016 onwards.

Manfred Bassin obtained a Master II degree in Management et Stratégie d'entreprises with a specialization in Marketing from Ecole Supérieure de commerce ISEE Paris. This occurred between the years 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they completed a Brevet de Technicien supérieur in Management des Unités Commerciales from Chambre de commerce & d'industrie de Versailles.
